On the call we’ll assess where you are now versus where you want to be. I’ll take notes and put together a personal plan of action for you. If I can help you, I’ll give you the opportunity to come under my wing and work with me on a personal level. If I can’t help you, I’ll refer you to someone who can.

I am new to training. Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes, if we work together your programme is completely personalised to you and what you want to achieve as well as your current fitness ability.
Do you work with overseas clients?
Yes, I currently have clients all around the world including Hong Kong, Australia and the UK. That is the beauty of online coaching – you can be anywhere in the world.
How many hours per week will I need to train?
It is all dependant on how much you can commit to each week and how your current lifestyle looks.
If I don’t know an exercise what happens?
All exercises on your programme will come with a tutorial video as well as written coaching points if you prefer.
Do I have to be a member of a gym to join?
No. If you aren’t a gym member that is totally fine. I have amazing clients who achieve incredible results from the comfort of their own home, but if you want gym based training you can get a membership at the gym of your choice and we can ensure you get the results you want.
